When you work with Danielle, you’re more confident about selecting majors, classes and internships and you’ll be better prepared to network into a career after you graduate.
Women in Career Transition
Danielle works with women in career transition who want to discover their career path and obtain meaningful employment. She provides a framework for you to think “outside the box” about how your strengths, skills, passions and purpose can translate into a productive and rewarding career. She also helps you strategize how to network and tap the hidden job market.
One of the first questions a potential employer will ask during an interview is, “Tell me about yourself.” In working with Danielle, you take career tests and use tools that will help you learn more about your passions, values, strengths, skills, and ideal work environment. You will develop a clear mission and purpose statement and the confidence to discuss how your strengths can benefit any company. Self-discovery is an evolution- You will also have the tools to go back and refine your self-discovery for the rest of your life.
Engage in a process that includes career research, relationship building, job shadowing, interning and volunteering. Not only will Danielle break down the process step-by-step, you will create a road-map of possible career paths that interest you and steps to get there.

How we Help You Find Your Perfect Career
Group Career Counseling- Career Pioneer Network hosts workshops with small groups, averaging 6 people, who are in similar life transitions. Small groups allow individualized attention from the facilitator. Participants also benefit from the group model because they are able to receive feedback from multiple perspectives and support each other in achieving their goals. Everyone who is accepted into a peer network sign a confidentiality agreement in order to create a safe learning environment. Group workshops are often “bootcamp” style and hosted during weeknights or weekends.
Individual Career Counseling- One-to-one counseling (1:1) allows for a more personalized approach and is individually tailored based on your needs. Danielle uses a variety of career tests and exploratory exercises to help you clarify your career path.
Group Coaching + Individual Career Counseling- This includes working with both small groups and 1:1 with Danielle, so that participants receive the best of both options.
